Kimberley is born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario and is the daughter of Howard and Mariann Gray, sister to Darren Gray and Carrie Ridsdale and fiancé of Ian Fairgrieve.
Kimberley grew up playing competitive hockey for the Niagara Rapids and travel baseball for the City of Niagara Falls. She is a proud recipient of the George Lowe Scholarship and Award and continues to be involved in sports. When time permits, you may see her playing slow pitch at the Regency Park or golfing within the Niagara Region in support of various charities.
Kimberley devotes her time to Community Living Fort Erie and the Welland County Law Association as a board member for each organization. This year Kimberley accepted a new role as an Instructor teaching the landlord and tenant course at Niagara College.
For those who know Kimberley they know she is an entrepreneur at heart. In 2016 she became a landlord to a duplex in Fort Erie where she continues to draw from her experiences to advise other landlords and tenants. In April of 2018, she founded On Demand Process Serving and Court Filing and continues to oversee its operations in her spare time.
Prior to her career in law, Kimberley worked as a Surveillance Operator for Caesars Windsor. It was here where her desire to attend higher education was contemplated. Kimberley attended law school at the University of Sussex in England. Upon her return to Niagara Falls, she completed her Articles of Clerkship with Martin Sheppard Fraser LLP and following her Call to the Bar in September of 2015 she returned as an Associate until December 29, 2017.
Kimberley joined Hurren and Gibson in January of 2018 where she focused her practice on civil litigation, real estate, employment and estates. She departed from her position in December 2018 to formally enter into a limited liability partnership with her closest colleague Anne Marie DiSanto.
Kimberley’s main practice areas are real estate, employment and estates.
